Melissa, a Colorado native, brings more than 23 years of experience preparing estate plans and handling probate administration to the firm.  Through the relationships she builds with her clients, she helps them understand what happens to assets during disability and at death so they can determine what is important to them and their families.  She establishes for her clients the best possible estate plan structure to meet the wishes of her clients while maximizing tax planning and protecting assets from creditor claims.

Melissa’s clients include a broad range of people – from traditional and non-traditional families, young and old, who need estate planning and who want to transfer wealth while minimizing tax liability.  She works with her clients to understand their concerns and what they want to do, and provides a clear, concise plan they can pass along to their loved ones and survivors.

Melissa was previously with Dufford & Brown, P.C. in downtown Denver and then Wade Ash Woods Hill & Farley, P.C. in the Glendale/Cherry Creek area.
